Refund Policy
We value your business with Lisa Sparling Art, and want your experience to be a pleasant one - this includes situations with Returns and Exchanges.
Please note: This policy applies to Online Purchases only.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund, please email us at lisasparlingart@gmail.com with your order number and describe the reason for the return or refund. If the order was damaged by the shipper, defective, or an error was made on our part, we will pay return shipping costs. If you wish to return the item or receive a refund for reasons other than the above, you assume return shipping costs. Note: Your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (less original shipping costs) and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
Damaged Shipments (if applicable)
If a shipment is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we may notify the shipper of such, and that we can start the process of replacing you item. Please keep any damage packaging and damaged art intact. We will ship you another item to replace the damaged one (at our cost) as soon as all carrier insurance paperwork is processed. In-stock items are normally shipped within 2 days; items that need to be ordered may take 7-14 days. You will be notified by us and/or FedEx via tracking when your package is scanned in.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are damaged by the shipper, defective, or an error was made on our part, and on occasion, if the customer made the incorrect choice. If you wish to exchange an item, send us an email to lisamurals@gmailcom; include your name and order number. Your item must be unused, resalable, and in the same condition as when you received it. . Please include a copy of the original order receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. Use a trackable shipping service (listing lisamurals@gmail.com as a tracking recipient also) or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items that are not available for a return or exchange:
- Any prints that have been modified by the customer (i.e. laminated, matted, framed, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
